At Mia Maples Market, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
